What are the technical requirements?
To ensure the best possible transmission quality and stability, the use of a direct LAN connection (as opposed to WLAN) is recommended.
- Before the congress, make sure that the sound and video quality of your computer/laptop is good.
- Make sure you are using the latest version of your browser.
- The use of Internet Explorer as a browser cannot be recommended. Furthermore, make sure that you do not have too many tabs open in your browser.
What do I have to consider with my firewall?
In order to ensure a smooth (technical) process at the XXX Congress, we ask you - if you are working with a work device (PC, laptop) in the company network (e.g. clinic, company) or a rental device - to clarify the following points with your IT department in advance:

What do I need to use the on demand area?
Please check whether your browser and operating system support Vimeo playback (here).
It is advisable to use a laptop or desktop computer, as the optimal display is guaranteed there in any case. The use of a mobile device (mobile phone or tablet) is of course also supported by the software.
Where can I find the data protection declaration?
Please note that the on-demand material will be available to all registered participants until XXX (subject to the consent of the authors). Presentations will only be stored and made available for as long as the authors have agreed to it.

Are all sessions available?
We will try to make all sessions available online. Please note that it is up to the authors to decide whether their presentations can be made available online after the congress. Therefore, there may be gaps in the programme. Please also note that attendance of the on demand area is not included in the certification process and will therefore not be recognised or certified.
How long is the on demand area available?
The congress material will be available in the on demand area after the end of the event. This means that all presentations will be available for you to view individually until 30 November. Please note that it is up to the authors whether their presentations can be made available online after the congress. Therefore, there may be gaps in the programme. Please also note that attendance of the congress after the congress period is not included in the certification process and will therefore not be recognised or certified.
